LEAP Series Die Casting Machine

As a new high-performance cold chamber die casting machine developed through Sino-European cooperation, the YIZUMI LEAP series die casting machines is equipped with high performance YI-Cast injection system, offering three-stage closed-loop real-time control of slow speed, fast speed, and boost pressure to achieve precise control of speed and pressure and meet the equipment requirements by die castings with high technical standards. With the ORCA control system developed in the Sino-European collaboration, the machine integrates various auxiliary functions such as injection process parameter calculation, PQ2 diagram, and troubleshooting, helping customers to complete the determination of process parameters efficiently. The operating section is equipped with a 24-inch multi-touch display, offering visualization in operations and a user-friendly HMI.

Thixomolding Machine

The thixomolding process uses magnesium alloy granules as raw materials. By conveying and cutting granules through the reciprocating screw and heating by the barrel simultaneously, the granules gradually become a semi-solid slurry that remains at the front end of the screw. When there is enough slurry stored at the front end, the screw is injected forward and the semi-solid slurry is injected into the closed mold cavity to form. Combines with die-casting and injection molding techniques, the mold and molding material of thixomolding is similar to the die-casting processes, while its craft processes are near to plastic injection molding.

Wheel Eyebrow Strip

YIZUMI’s wheel eyebrow strip installer is a the special equipment for affixing the left and right automotive wheel eyebrow adhesive strips. The main unit of the system adopts a dual-station turntable. Materials are placed onto the equipment fixture manually. Using two-hand start, the 6-axis robot palm is equipped with automatic adhesive application, drying, and automatic sticker affixing modules to achieve a fully automatic operation. It significantly improves production efficiency while reducing the workload of operators and operating costs.
