  3. When is delivery time?

    Normally, it takes 25-35 days to finish production of goods. It is really based on ordered items and quantity.

  4. What is the minimum order quantity?

    Normally, customers are required to order at least 200 dozen per item per color. Please check with us if you have detailed enquiry.

  5. Shall we pay for samples?

    As practice, new customers are required to pay for samples. Old customers no need to pay for them.

  6. Shall we pay for freight of samples?

    Yes, customers are requested to pay for freight when they require samples. After we conclude some business with customers, we will send samples by freight prepaid.

  7. When we place an order, can we take back sample charge and freight?

    Yes, you can take back freight from order but order amount should be at least USD5000.00. The freight shall be calculated as UPS freight in China. It can be deducted from the payment of the order as requested

    If there are quality problems in the goods, how to deal with them?

    Please send back samples of goods, or a lot of goods if it is necessary. We will investigate if it is true and the reasons. If it is really poor quality and can not meet confirmed quality, we shall be responsible for them.

  8. Do you have money back/refund policy for orders that related to quality problems?

    Yes, we can refund certain amount of payments after negotiation with customers. The government controls remittance to other countries strictly. So we have to refund money when you place the next order.

    You can select the shipping methods of by express, by air or by ship.

    By express, no minimum weight

    By air, 45 Kg at least

    By ship, 1000kg or 1 cubic meter at least.

    Customers' special requirements are always concerned.

    We also source other products as requested to meet particular demands of the markets.
